Learn Something New Tuesday 8/16/11

1.) Are you looking forward to fall?
Yes yes yes! I am so excited for fall! Cooler weather and more chances to go outside... plus holidays!

2.) What is your favorite fall activity?

Thanksgiving! And like Jennifer said, zoo visits!

3. What is one TV show it seems like everyone watches but you never have?

Most reality shows.

4. If you had a small farm, what is the first farm animal you’d buy?

A cow. A miniature cow. Trust me, I have plans...

5. What’s the most pain you have ever been in?

I have been pretty lucky not to have had a lot of pain in my life. I would go with when I first got my new hearing aids with a different style of earmold. The earmolds hurt my ear a lot and cut it up inside. It was a very unique kind of pain... sort of inside your head but not...

6. What is you favorite thing to do on the weekends?

Lately... just relax :)

On Hearing Sparks: Easy, Crafty Storage for Small Items

Over on my blog about hearing loss, Hearing Sparks, today I have a craft that I think works for a lot of small items that can get lost in your purse, bag, or nightstand. It works especially well for my hearing aid batteries! Best of all you only need an empty Altoids tin and some adhesive felt! (The idea came from this blog post.)
