Recipe: Chocolate Kahlua Cake

I made this recipe yesterday for my sister-in-law's Cinco de Mayo dinner. (Hey, it's got kahlua, so it fits, right?) It was so good! I've hardly ever made cakes before, so I was nervous, but this turned out yummy. Easy to make, too.

Chocolate Kahlua Cake
1 package Devil's food cake mix
1 package instant chocolate pudding (small box)
4 eggs
3/4 cups vegetable oil
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Kahlua
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl. Pour into a greased cake pan or bundt pan. Bake until a toothpick comes out with dry crumbs on it - about 45-50 minutes.

Serve with powdered sugar sifted over the top.
